Madras and Roorkee) jointly administer the
conduct of GATE.

- Forenoon: 9.00 AM to 12.00 Noon
- Afternoon: 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM
- (On Saturdays and Sundays only)
- B.E./B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Pharm from a recognized university or institute.
- B.S (Post-Diploma/ 4 years after 10+2) from a recognized university or institute.
- M.Sc./M.A./ MCA or equivalent from a recognized university or institute.
- Int. M.E/ M.Tech (Post BSc) (Four year programme) from a recognized university or institute.
- Integrated M.E./M.Tech or 5 year Dual Degree from a recognized university or institute.
- Integrated M. Sc/ Integrated 5 year B.S.-M.S. from a recognized university or institute.
- B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch) from a recognized university or institute.

- For Gen/OBC Male applicants application fee will be Rs 1500/-
